Release
On Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at approximately
3:50pm, Abingdon Police were dispatched to the Comfort Inn located at 170
Jonesboro Road in reference to a larceny. Comfort Inn staff reported a
television was stolen from a hotel room on Sunday, November 8, 2015. Comfort
Inn’s security cameras captured an
unknown white male carrying the television, covered in a white bed sheet, out
of a back door. The unidentified male is believed to be driving an older model
Ford Taurus, burgundy in color, unknown registration. The APD needs your
assistance in identifying the suspect in the video. If you have any information
concerning this case, please call the APD at 276-628-3111 or Washington County
