UPDATE:
The rented 2015 Chevrolet Camaro driven by Joseph
Matthew Hess, 39, of Marion, Virginia was recovered last night on Bethlehem Road
in Bristol, Virginia by Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies. However,
Hess and his passenger, Delana Neal, of Marion, Virginia, were not apprehended.
The Abingdon Police Department and
Washington County Sheriff’s Office are still searching for the couple. If you
have any information about Hess or Neal, please call Washington County,
